After completing his degrees, Sam developed and operated an independent reference lab for clinical applications, divested it and then initiated a career in Sales and Marketing, working initially with Siemens AG. In 1974, Sam joined GE Healthcare where he directed several Field and Headquarter Teams, with recognized performance improvements at the Team levels. He was then elevated into Senior Management positions in Sales and Marketing. In 1990, Sam left GE to co-found The International Group, Inc. (TIGI), a multi-partner business consulting firm. Sam and his partners seek clients that are the leaders in their market, committed to advancing their go-to-market strategy and to developing the teams that can execute those strategies. TIGI delivers seminars, training, and coaching to grow the applied competencies of the team members and deliver the targeted performance results. Sam is located in Tampa, Florida, which is also the headquarters location of TIGI. |
